Your California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) provide you with specific rights regarding your personal information. This page explains those rights and how to exercise them.
We Do Not Sell Your Personal Information
Krishan Ghar does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration. We have not sold personal information in the preceding 12 months.
Your Rights Under CCPA/CPRA
As a California resident, you have the right to:
- Right to Know: Request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources from which the information was collected, the business purpose for collecting the information, and the categories of third parties with whom we share the information.

- Right to Non-Discrimination: You will not receive discriminatory treatment from us for exercising any of your CCPA/CPRA rights.

In the preceding 12 months, we may have collected the following categories of personal information:

- Commercial Information: Product categories of interest, wholesale inquiry details
- Internet Activity: Browsing history on our Site, interaction with our Site, IP address
How to Exercise Your Rights
You may submit a verifiable consumer request to exercise your rights by:

We will verify your identity before processing your request. We will respond to your request within 45 days, as required by law. If we need additional time (up to 90 days total), we will notify you of the extension and the reason for it.
